Pipe Fabrication & Welding

Our scope includes detailed spool fabrication, pipe fitting, welding, and hydrotesting. All welding activities follow ASME and API codes, and every pipeline is quality-tested using NDT methods (radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant) and certified leak tests.

Plant Shutdown & Turnaround Support

During scheduled maintenance or emergency shutdowns, we provide complete turnaround services—disassembling and reassembling major units, replacing worn-out parts, cleaning internals, and performing hydrotesting. Our coordinated teams work within tight timeframes to ensure plants resume operation with minimal downtime.

Skilled Manpower Deployment

We supply certified mechanical specialists, including welders (TIG/MIG), pipe fitters, riggers, and supervisors. All personnel are trained in HSE protocols and comply with local regulatory frameworks. This service is subject to license scope and ODLS registration requirements.
